Term and Conditions
| • | Free delivery service is provided for any single purchase over HK$1000. A delivery charge of HK$100 will be charged for single purchase under HK$1000. We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer for payment. Products will be delivered after settlement of payment. |
| • | Both The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited and Standard Chartered Bank are available for bank transfer payment method.

| • | All prices are in Hong Kong dollars. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. |
| • | Confirmed orders will normally be delivered within 14 working days. Delivery services do not cover islands (including Tung Chung and Chek Lap Kok). |
| • | You are reminded to provide us with correct address and contact telephone number. Where incorrect delivery details are given by the customers, additional handling cost incurred will be borne by customers.
P.O. Box number should not be used as recipient's address. |
| • | Customers are advised to check the ordered items immediately upon receipt to ensure that they are in good condition. In case of quality problem, you may return the item immediately through the courier, in which case you do not need to settle the payment with courier. Alternatively, you may return it back to us at 6/F, 163 Matauwai Road, Kowloon within 7 days. |
| • | If you are not satisfied with an item for any reason, you may return it within 7 days. Please bring along the item, together with the receipt, to us at 6/F, 163 Matauwai Road, Kowloon. BMW Concessionaires (HK) Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject refund at its discretion. |
| • | The refund cheque will be sent by mail, after the completion of refund procedure. |
| • | Online shop product warranty is 12 month from date of purchase, with the aim to provide rectification of the defect in accordance with technical requirements by repair or replacement of items. Any product replaced under warranty is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects till the expiry of the original product warranty. The guarantee is not applicable to normal wear and tear or to improper use of the items purchased. |
